Solving any Event Production challenge is as easy as solving a legendary Rubik’s Cube.
Event Magic Cube explained in short
All live events taken place in a physical environment are alike. Events attract people together in the same place at the same time to get experiences, memories or knowledge. In order to achieve that someone needs to be organizer, producer or whatever name of this role we want to use. It’s up to his/her to decide the answers for the big questions of why, what, when, where, who and how.
To organize a successful event, one need to design and plan the event content appealing to your guests or customers. To provide this content one needs a place that is set up properly. In organizing any event one needs a number of products for different purposes in different stages of event production. Usually events attract a large number of guests on site. This means that one needs also personnel to do all kinds of tasks around the event. Some tasks are often too complicated or unreasonable to care by oneself. In those cases there are professionals you can hire to do those tasks for you.
That’s all. All tasks you need to do for your event can be classified to above. So we did. Areas you need complete for your event production belong to one of these: Management & Leadership, Customer Experience, Space, Stuff, Staff or Space. To master these six areas, there are bunch of projects to complete in each. As we like to keep things simple, we have identified the most important to nine key projects or tasks per area.
Multiply six with nine and you get fifty-four projects or main tasks to solve. The same number of pieces you need to solve in a legendary Rubik's Cube. This is why we call this way of thinking of events as Event Magic Cube.
When you master all six areas of Event Magic Cube and take advantage of right tools to complete all projects or key tasks in each, you are able to lead and organize planning and production of any live event concept.
Trust us. You can.
6 areas of Event Magic Cube

No event is a success, if it lacks management and leadership from the top executives. You need management for doing things right. And you need leadership in doing the right things.
#2 Customer Experience (CX)
”Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends also” (Walt Disney). The success of your event is determined by your guests. Therefore your first priority in all planning should be providing your guest (or customer) experience exceeding their expectations.
#3 Space
Services and experiences you provide to your guests and customers take place in a certain moment in a certain place. We call place with a much cooler name, space. Space is a part of the bigger entity we call areas. Areas are bigger entities within a specific event venue.
#4 Stuff
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
