Step 1: Create your event

Create your existing event production or event idea from scratch. Or make a copy from existing event. Fill in basic info of your event. Add other registered users to share the planning tool with your colleagues. Choose, which existing content, templates and photo galleries you wish to use in your event.

Step 1: Bring in your available resources

Set your way to organize your space, stuff, staff and support service resources. Or use our templates, templates of your previous events or import your own spreadsheet here. Bring in or create your own space, stuff, staff and support service items you might need in your production. Don’t worry, you can anytime change and adjust these of course..

Steps 3: Set your planning framework

Do you wish to split your planning to smaller segments such as customer groups or "events within main event". In this feature you decide how many plans you make. We suggest to plan from customers’ point of view. Depending on your event you might have customer groups such as: spectators, media, teams, partners, volunteers or special guests.

Step 4: Design your event (CX)

Start planning a framework you designed. Jump into your customer's shoes and their event journey. Split it to smaller stages and design your touchpoints and services for your guests/customers. With each step think of insights of your customer, decide target outcome of your step and plan things you wish to provide to your guests/customers. It’s up to you decide, how deep into details you wanna go.

Step 5: Plan your production step by step

Combine resources to your storyboard(s), stage(s) and steps and find out what you need to source or acquire. Do this by listing all pieces of space, stuff, staff and support service you need for a production of a specific step of your event. At the same time you give essential information for implementation.

Step 6: Adjust any piece on your plan.

Adjust until you're satisfied. Change whatever you want and know how it affects to your plan - frameworks, customer journey, items of space, stuff, staff and service - or any information regarding those.

Step 7: Make things happen.

It’s time to move on from planning to preparation and implementation. Export your plans to your production plan. Share information with your colleagues and partners.
